I had been indicted for possession of a control substance. A charge that carries a mandatory state jail sentence up to 2 years and a felony conviction that will stay a lifetime. This was not my first offense, so I was very uncertain on where my future would land. Kent Starr fought tooth and nail through the whole process. At first I was pretty hesitant on having a lawyer thinking that it wouldn’t be worth the hassle and cost. However the team at the McCraw group were extraordinary helpful at every step during my case. Went to them to help me out with an injury that was sustained from a chair at a grocery store Falling On Me. It was determined through video that the company was at no fault because it was a customer that put the chair there in an awkward way seconds before I was there. However even though there was no real claim the lawyers at McCraw actually got me a little settlement. I was pretty impressed with their negotiating techniques on my behalf to take something that was nothing and turn it into a slight win.
