Dwi and the da was offering 5 years I believe, and we went in with probation is not an option. He asked me if I was willing to do time vs probation and I said yes Jury trial lasted a week and I almost, I mean close. Yes I was found guilty. From 5 yrs down to 8 nights in jail. With him for my lawyer, my life would have been.... I had a few lawyers in my time and Deric was the best of them all. Out of 6.

At first I was kind of worried about him not knowing anything about Mc Kinney or Lawyers there .. Before trial I didnt know if he was going to be good or not but in the court room he performed .. He presented a good case when there was not one at all.. I was in poop up to my head and he was able to pull me out to where i was merely stepping in poop lol ...
