We were sued by an individual over a house that we worked on as new construction. Mr Saunders was able to beat them in court the first time with no problem. After the individual dropped the suit in Denton County, he refiled in Dallas County. We went through 22 months of litigation, and again, with the help of Mr. Saunders, we were successful in the outcome. Then they sued us a third time in Dallas County for a personal injury that they tried to tie to the house that had alleged defective plumbing. Mr. Saunders was successful that round, as well. I have worked with several attorneys in the past, and Mr Saunders is among the best. His professionalism is unsurpassed. He is extremely responsive to the needs of his client, and keeps the client updated throughout the case. Even during busy times when I had to leave a message, my call was returned in a timely manner.
