You really came through for me. I was facing 2 to 20 years in prison , and I already didn’t have a clean background, .. I followed your advice, and now I have a second chance on life. The prosecutors would not let the case go, but you kept going until they dropped it. If you were second, guessing hiring this attorney, do not you need someone like kent on your side.

First let me say, after working in the legal field most of my adult life, you must be able to trust your attorney. They are sworn to represent you to the best of their ability. My daughter and I were injured in a car accident by a driver who was distracted and on her cell phone. We refused to settle our case unless the court file was sealed entirely. One of the partners in the firm and the attorney assigned to handle our case, Charlie Ginn, promised the file would be sealed if we signed the settlement agreement and kept pushing us to sign it quickly. Now nearly two years later he is refusing file an executed motion/order to seal the court file as promised though he informed us o/c agreed to this as part of the settlement. Charlie Ginn has his money now and refuses to keep his promise. Instead of apologizing for the delay and owning up to the mistake he made and making it right, he has sent several long accusatory, humiliating emails validating himself, accting as the victim. Now, if he doesn't keep his word and do as promised, we are going to have to file complaints with the Texas Bar and any other applicable entity, contact o/c for signatures, then travel 20+ hours to McKinney to present an order to seal in court for the Judges signature. Proof has been sent to Lin McCraw that Charlie promised to seal the file repeatedly if we signed the agreement but to date nearly two years later this still has not been done. It is completely unethical to promise a client something to get them to settle then refuse to do as promised. Additionally in our mediation Charlie Ginn undercut us by tens of thousands berating us to take the deal that day to which we refused. Thankfully we refused it as we should have per Lin McCraw the deal was too low. This is very sad and disappointing as we really liked Lin and the rest of his admin staff. If you choose to use this law firm please insist on Lin McCraw.
