We won! I can't tell you the relief I felt even before going to court. Joe Lucé, and his incredible support team Sandy and Kristin are the dream team. Joe keeps a tight ship, and we did our requested homework and Sandy and Kristin had us completely organized and kept us encouraged. (I sent them flowers I was so thankful). As a single mom, I was completely displaced until Joe began to teach me, not only the laws that were on my side, but basics about working from a place of knowledge. There was constant communication and incredible ideas. Powerful ways to defend us were mined it seemed from the thin air I seemed to have caught myself in. I hope to never need them again but couldn't imagine a more powerful and caring team. I went to court knowing we had done more than expected, but leaving with no judgment and having a team to celebrate that with was priceless.

Neil Pask is superb! His experience as prosecutor, criminal defense lawyer, and judge give him rare and immensely valuable insight into what compels a district attorney or a court to take certain actions, when they do so, how, etc. Neil's easy going, but astute, manner of interacting with courthouse decision-makers allows his clients to reap the benefits of his strong relationships, which in turn streamlines the corresponding deal making process and leads to enviable plea deals. I will never shop around for another attorney. Kent Starr is the only one I will ever use. Sometimes those 5 stars and a picture I see with every with attorney listed on Avvo and Google are not honest. Kent Starr is hands down a 5-Star attorney. Just Google his name and read the high profile cases he won. Kent Starr took a case plaguing me for 5 years and squashed it in 4 months. Even after missing a court case after changing my number which was embarrassing for me. The State wanted to through the book at me. Kent decimated the attempt and I am free of the nightmare lasting 5 years and protected my ability to maintain my security clearance required for my job.

Mr Starr is an amazing lawyer. We would not have had our situation completely dismissed if it was not for him and his staff. He put in hours and time that other people might not have. His office and office staff are amazing. If you need to ask him a question, he gets back to you as quick as he can. Helped our family get off a case, very silly situation. Simple case. Took from September to March. Kent Starr ignored my texts and emails for a month or 2 asking questions and for any updates on the situation. I had to call him office to get ahold of anyone. He was unprofessional and didn't explain much to us. Overall I don't recommend him as a lawyer to represent me in a life or death situation. But if you know you're going get off the case then go for it. But honestly, not worth the money
