I knew from the beginning that my case was going to be a tough one. Kent did too and was very upfront from the start. He told me that, due to the evidence the state had against me, we weren’t going to be able to fight it. But that didn’t stop him from doing everything he could to negotiate better terms for me as far as punishment. He worked his rear end off and got me the absolute best deal he could and he was honest about absolutely everything the entire time. Even when I changed my mind and went back and forth a few times about what I wanted to do, he didn’t get irritated or upset, he just worked as hard as he could.
