You never said the problem was complex. You said it would be written one of two ways. After several days of not hearing from you we made several calls to your office and talked to your office personnel. After several calls we finally got to talk to you. You checked and said you had found the e-mail. I offered to bring a copy by as we were traveling thru Mckinney. But since you said you had the e-mail we did not bother you. You never suggested we drop a copy by your office because we live some distance away from your office. At NO time did you ever call us. I told your office we were not looking for free advice and were willing to pay you for your time. I don't know who wrote your reply, but there's not a grain of truth in any of it.

Called him about an eminent domain award. He told me to send him docs. It cost me $28 two times because he said he didn't get the 1st one. I only had 20 days to file an appeal. Called him 5 or 6 times. He never returned my calls. I had to file my own appeal! DO NOT trust this so-called attorney to represent you.

Collin county D.A. wanted me to plead guilty to a felony DWI. Kent stood by me and my decision to tell them to pack sand. We told them to set it for Jury trial and after several jury settings, case dismissed!! It's been tough but Kent's attitude and humor almost made it bearable. I only have the best things to say about Mr. Starr. He made the process easy and was very confident with him from the get-go. There’s a reason why he has great reviews because he gives great results. Me and my partner had an interaction with the police which resulted in me going to jail for assault, there was never an assault just a misunderstanding. We filed an affidavit stating we entered into mutual combat with each other (which was the case) Mr. Kent took it up to the intake attorney and even spoke with the junior DA, they were wanting to prosecute and I would have had to do probation and a lengthy anger management class. No thanks! Mr. Starr was able to get it stopped at the source, he told the junior DA he was taking it to trial if they wanted to play games and next thing you know the intake attorney completely rejected that any charge be filed with the DA’s office, so I was able to not just have my case dismissed but flat out REJECTED! What a great outcome, this couldn’t have worked out better for me and my family. I had someone by my side to advocate for me and I will always recommend and use his services if I ever need them in the future!
