Mr. Luche took my case knowing that there wasn’t much money to be made and that we really needed help to cover medical bills from an unfortunate accident with our then toddler son. He was very professional, caring, and his willingness to take our case when another larger law firm wouldn’t even give us the time of day (after hearing a brief 5 minute explain action of the case) speaks volumes of the quality of his character. I definitely recommend he and his team.

I was being investigated on false accusations of a second degree felony. I contacted other lawyers who told me I was going to get convicted and get at least 15 years on a good day. Just when I felt that I was not going to be able to prove my innocence, thank god, I got a hold of Kent and his Team. Since the day we met, on a Sunday evening, he made me feel that I had everything I needed to prove my case. He walked me through how some lawyers will scare people to get them to hire them. He also gave me examples on how successful he's been in his career with worst cases than mine. Overall, I felt such a great relief to know that he had the expertise, and knowledge to get a positive outcome for my case. I think that day we got a contract drafted. He kept constant and decent communication with me. I never felt like he had disappeared, and his secretary was always available every time I called for questions/updates. I think he is an awesome person and a highly skilled attorney. His fees are in line with the other lawyers I consulted, with the difference that I got vindicated. Thank god, my case was unfounded. But I believe I have major psychological issues now due to fact that I now and then get the panic attacks I used to get when I thought of me going to prison for 5-99 years specially since the only thing that shows in my record are traffic fines. I thank the lord and Starr Law, specially Kent, that I am typing this review from home and without any legal issues. I pray to god to never put me on this path again, but if he ever wants to test my strengths again, I will be contacting Kent again. Note: PLEASE, never let yourself be alone with a minor that is famous for lying. Always ensure an adult or someone everybody else trusts is present if a trouble minor is in your house. Kent was fantastic. I was looking at 5 years probation, a 5000 fine, and 180 in jail plus court cost. This was my first and only criminal offense for a class A dwi. Thanks to Mr.Kent Starr. I ended up with a year probation. 500.00 in fines and 270.00 in court cost. I am very pleased with his service and professionalism.
