This is the most unprofessional team I have dealt with by far. I was referred by Jim Burnham ( An outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney) and Lynn McCraw told me everything he could to get me to retain him. They withdrew from my case within 1 day because of my “poor attitude” and “unwilling to co operate” with no proof or evidence or proper reasoning. After sending me to a x-ray tech I demanded to be evaluated by a licensed doctor and was immediately discharged and refused care along with being dropped by McCraw Law on the same day for no valid reason with no proof. They referred me to the Bar Association to look for help as if I were less than human or a peasant. I refuse to be treated this way by any law firm. This will not be accepted and this Law Firm is actively participating in Discrimination. - Anthony Bonkowski

Joe and his team are the ones you want in your corner. They were compassionate to us and our family going through a horrible tragedy. I never want to have to hire an attorney for any reason, but there are thing that happen and the attorney is needed. I talked with several different attornies and their groups. Most promised the world, some told us that "this will be easy", Joe never said he could get us the world or that any part of what we were dealing with would be easy. He did tell us that he would work with us to make thing easy as possible, to help us get a fair amount back to recoup losses, and for pain etc. That is what his team did. Even just to cry or talk to they were there for our family. There are so many things that were going on that we didn't know which way was up or down, Joe and his team helped us in every step. He worked with the other parties involed to get the matter resloved. I know that without Joe and his awesome team we would still be battling the other parties.
