i highly recommend MR. Sera. I have had several court appointed attorneys in Massachusetts and regular paid attorneys and not one of them came close to as helpful as Gene. He went above and beyond what i normally expect from a court appointed attorney. I know if i am ever back in tx and need a attorney again even if its not court appointed i would pay to hire him. He made it so i did not have to fly down to texas to get everything resolved. He went and got all paperwork i needed got it certified and mailed it up to me. He actually call and check in with me regularly make sure i didnt need anything else. you cannot go wrong with hiring Mr sera and his assistant debbie!

Gene helped keep my nerves calm about this whole process. He helped with not only my criminal case but ALL the grey area of my civil case with my daughter. He was persistent and made sure the result was in my favor and always gave me good advice and led me in the right direction. Gene was my court appointed attorney, the fact that they say you get what you pay for is WAY wrong in this case. He went above and beyond when in reality he didn’t have to. I could never thank him enough for getting my class A dismissed and helping me expunge it off my record in two years time. Thank you for taking the weight off me and my families shoulders.

He was very generous with his time in a phone consultation. Didn’t pressure me to hire him, was honest with me and did some research to make the situation more clear. All other attorneys I called did not take the care he did. I didn’t hire an attorney but if I have a need Gene Sera is who I will call.

I think the first thing that stood out to me about Gene was how empathetic he was to my situation the first time we spoke. This is my first DWI and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. I was scared and had a lot of anxiety about the whole thing. Gene took his time and explained everything to me. After our conversation. I felt much ease and comfort. Throughout the whole process Gene and everyone at his firm (Debbie) were so helpful and I never got the feeling that I was asking too many questions or that I was a bother.
