Alyse Ferguson teased out protected information regarding evidence during my interview with Health and Human Services. HHS closed their investigation into me that same afternoon. Alyse Ferguson destroyed a Court appointed Ad Litem during an emergency guardianship hearing. By the end of the full-day hearing, the court knew: 1) why the guardian ad litem’s placement choice for our daughters was inappropriate, 2) the evidence law enforcement and Adult Protective Services was relying on wasn’t criminal, and 3) that my wife and I were our daughters’ best possible choice as co-guardians. In the end, Alyse Ferguson preserved our co-guardianships and expedited the remaining investigations to close without filing charges.
