I’ve only used Jason once but he’ll be my go-to for any future legal needs. He responded to my original phone call within a day, asked for all the details of my situation, we agreed on the solution, got the required documents from me, and sent a very professional letter within a couple of days. Problem solved.

A long overdue post. After months of procrastination and many torn sheets of paper, I finally realized that I was doing the woman who helped me so very much, a grave injustice by my not airing my gratitude to her. When I first met Kathy Erickson, I felt that my life was being torn apart and I had nowhere to go and no one to help me. I researched other law firms but did not find what I was looking for. After many inquiries, a friend of one of my daughter's who had been a client of Kathy, highly recommended her and said I would have no regrets. I took the first step and made an appointment to meet with Kathy and that is one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Apart from my family, Kathy and her awesome team walked/helped me get through, what was to me the most tumultuous 15 months of my life. The case had to go to mediation and Kathy was brilliant. Not only did she help get me a settlement I never dreamt of but she and her team were so supportive that I used to look forward to my visits to the office.!!! Kathy Ericsson helped me gain custody of my children in a extremely involved and difficult court battle that lasted years. She put in effort and time that no other attorney would do. Most attorneys would not take my case. She did it because of her great sense of right and wrong and her dedication to help children in need.

I was only a client for a few months for my divorce. It was a terrible experience and I regret not doing more research before hiring her. Both old bitter women I had to deal with only cared about getting paid. She cursed at me over the phone because my ex husband was being difficult. There was zero kindness or compassion during a very difficult time. When looking for a new lawyer I asked a lawyer at the collin county bar association and they warned me about how heartless and mean she was. I should have gone there first, lesson learned!
