Best Estate Attorney! Helping my family, who had no idea how to deal with my aunt’s estate, Eric Mauro was amazing. Take my review with a grain of salt. I had the most difficult time with this firm, the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY, LACK OF RESPECT, they will have for your case will show when they see if you have a profitable case. By no means am I saying to not hire them, everyone experiences is different. What I am saying is to do your due diligence before selecting them or anyone to represent you. They will stop responding to your emails, questions, and calls. When you try to get a new attorney they will try to add their “lien” as well, but reminded the attorney will never reach out to you and never keep you updated on the case until the last minute. They will place blame on you if you try to tell them what they did wrong, I personally have filed a grievance against them with the Texas State Bar for the way my case was handled, as well as working on trying to see if I have grounds for a Legal Malpractice Suit at this time.

I don't know where to begin, but here goes. My wife and I were involved in an accident a couple of years ago and we were referred to Fielding by a very mutual friend. Conchita was a blessing in handling our case even though, the timeframe wasn't as we expected to take at that time and she went on maternity leave. Allison took over our case and the settlement was satisficatory since we were rear ended at to no fault of own. I would have given them a 5 star rating until now. I was involved in another accident which camera footage and police report shows that I was the one at fault while the other party got off scot free. So, my case was dropped and now I'm still in pain from the recent accident and the previous one. The other party was cited for no driver's license and above them all, the vehicle wasn't hers to start. All in a nutshell, the firm gets a very low rating due to the fact the other party was in the right and I was in the wrong according to video footage and not only I'm stick without means of transportation, but I'm stuck with back pain. Allison suggested that I seek another attorney, but was told that it would be a big risk. I lost faith with Fielding and I guess if my wife or any other family member would have been involved, the results would have been different. Thank you again, Fielding for representing me the first time around. This last time, I guess I was a thorn on their side wanting to know the status of my case. Once again, thank you for not seeking the compensation I deserve. Best of luck on whoever wants this team on your side. I should have hired an attorney here in San Antonio and would have gotten better results. Money talks, BS walks.

I was in a rear-collision in February of 2024, with so many thoughts and concerns, I reached out to Fielding Law Dallas. Although it was a Sunday, Ms. Daisy reassured me everything was going to be fine and explained the process to me. Unfortunately I was rear-ended again in March of 2024, it was a traumatizing experience with failed attempts to get Dallas PD to the scene, the only thing I could think of was reaching out to the paralegal, Ms. Christina. Once again, Ms. Daisy answered my distressed call and guided me to the best of her ability over the phone. I could not be more grateful to Ms. Christina and Fielding Law Dallas for their great service, always making sure you receive frequent updates, and overall not having more concerns and hassles that come after a collision.
