I hired Mr. Morgan for Estate Planning. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. He was quick to complete my documents for me to review and finalize. He was easy to get ahold of for questions and changes. Overall I had a great experience dealing with Mr. Morgan and I highly recommend him.

I was new to Midland and my husband filed for divorce leaving me scrambling to find a decent attorney. I wound up with Mr. Morgan and it was doomed from the beginning. He didn't listen to any of my concerns, he did not explain the legal jargon in my decree that I am now having to deal with. He did not advise me one bit and did not fight for me at all. My ex got our house, his 401k was never divided(almost a year later) and the paralegal forgot to file my final decree with the court until over a month later. Sickening. I would beg anyone to please not waste your time or money here.
