Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I have used Rick Navarrete on a couple of occasions for family law matters and the quality of service has constantly been amazing. Hands down the most respectful, thoughtful, humble, man I’ve met. Rick took the time to explain everything to the T. I regret not meeting him and his staff long ago, cause for sure having the issue on my shoulders for months was taken care of within our first meeting. He took the extra time to break down answer every question I had, gave me examples, you name it he succeeded. He brought the reality to terms for me and I can’t thank him enough. They answered the phone almost every time I called so that was great. There was a signature missed on one of the documents so the attention to detail could be better. They asked me how I wanted the document to be sent to me and I told them either UPS or FedEx overnight. They sent it through USPS so I've been waiting 3 days so far. Not a bad place but definitely below my expectations.
