My son has had Bruce foster going on 3 years now.. first in court he had gotten us full custody of my grandson that was lost in Mexico for 2 ND a half months. 2nd he won us full custody and supervised visitations.. and now we are going back to court and my son and I don't worry about nothing cause he has done an amazing job. Bruce is an amazing lawyer and can fight in court just how a lawyer is supposed to fight. He really does treat his clients like family. He's helped my son out so much. Myself and my wife used him to FILE bankruptcy! It has been over a year, took him all the information 3 times, and still nothing! Every time we call his office you can hear him in the background telling his "receptionist" or whatever she is to tell us HE is not there! Or to tell us this, or that. When we go to his office he tells us Marybelle, the legal assistant that quit him, put him behind, this, or that! He blames everyone except himself! I thought it was his law firm because his name is on it! The last time i called, basically i was told i was out my 2000$ unless i can prove it! Stay away from this guy! Don't let him rip you off!

Listen to David Salazar. He spends no time going over your case with you until the day of the hearing, then blames you for everything that goes wrong when you have asked him when he was going to go over the case with you. When he couldn't think of any questions to ask the defendant, he threw his arms up in the air. When he reads this, he's going to blame me. Mr. Foster was never asked to withdraw. He lost the case due to ineptness, which had absolutely nothing to do with anyone's son. Blaming client as shown below.

I wish there was a middle finger for a review for this guy, he is by far the worst attorney in Midland Texas. You're better off representing yourself. He likes to make deals with the other attorney before the judge even gets to see your case. He never calls you back or answers the phone that includes his paralegal. He charges 3500 for a retainer fee up front and did about 2 days work and will not give you your money back so don't even ask. After he was given his retainer fee the first words out his mouth now I have "party money " There is more but that's a summary of how he operates. If at all possible represent yourself or at all costs get another attorney. Thank you for wasting my money and my time.

This is a highly knowledgeable attorney, and in my case he got the results I was looking for. I was glad for his help. He is a reliable attorney, he got results for me, and I am not aware of a better choice for an attorney to consult or hire.

Bruce and his staff did an awesome job for me ! The thing I liked most was his calmness through the whole thing ! I would be the one getting a little worried about the ass attorney we were up against and he would tell me " it's all going to be ok ". And it was ! Justice is still being served.. but my babies are protected and that was my focus and his the whole time ! Thanks Bruce your awesome!

I hired Bruce Foster to handle a criminal case for me. I was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon over a minor traffic accident. Mr Foster always had time for me, time to answer my questions, time to reassure me. When I was arrested he help me bond out so I could continue on with my life. He was accommodating with his fees when he could. He was willing to work with me. I would even go as far as saying that in my case he went above and beyond what I would reasonably have expected from a lawyer. He and his staff were frendly and helpful. When the day of the trial arrived I did not know what to expect as I've never been in trouble with the law before. Mr Foster continued to reassure me that it would be alright and after he got to work in the courtroom any fears or questions in my mind about his qualifications evaporated almost immediately. He is very good at what he does. Not once did he ever back down from the prosecutor or from the judge when he felt that an Injustice in my defense was occuring. He would not let up. During my trial, Mr Foster was humble enough to consider my questions and thoughts that come to my mind in regard to my defense as well. I appreciate that. Mr Foster handled my trial way better than I would have expected anyone in his profession. He won the case for me and I will forever be indebted to him for doing such a fine job.

In 2006 I hired Bruce to help me with my divorce and get things strate in my life . He helped me get a fair divorce. I was a disabled vet not knowing much about how things go in situations like this . He was very thorough and catered to what was owed to me and to her as well. As the years went by I have gotten into a drinking problem and got a few D W I's. I went to him for help and gave me the tools I needed to have a better life and got me a reasonable plea bargain each time I mest up. Not only did he help me out, he gave me good advice on how to stop getting into truble. He helped me find poeple that can help me with my alchohal problem. Each time I went to him for help he was reasonably priced for the amount of work he did for me and wish there were more poeple in this world like him. If you want a good family law purson as well as being able to protect you from the harsh judicial system that this world has, he is my first pick evry time.

Mr. Foster and his office jumped through hoops to make sure I was taken care of. They helped me understand everything I was going through. They were just a phone call away anytime I needed them. They made me feel like family and they showed me love and cared about my feelings through this whole divorce. They understood that I was going through a difficult and they helped me through every step. GOD really blessed me when we hired them. I would definitely recommend them. Also his assistant is second to none. E'lois is the best. Even there secretary is very welcoming and caring. Amazing Law firm.

Mr. Foster is a very good lawyer and hardworking and always gets to the bottom of things, i hired Mr.Foster and let me tell you he will get things done right and he has a hard team behind him, i would recommend him to anybody needing legal services.

Mr.Foster handled my child support case and did a great job. Mr Foster is a great attorney and a good guy all around. My case was handled quickly in a very timely fashion, Mr.Fosters fee was very reasonable and he did not try to chew up the retainer fee with frivelous unnecessary charges. I would highly recommend Mr.Foster to anyone needing a good and fair Attorney
