I can't in good conscience recommend Mr. Cummings for anything. I felt he poorly represented me. He spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. At times, it seemed as though he was on my ex-husbands side. I don't think he should ever represent another woman in any case. Seek legal help anywhere else.

Great experience Brian was able to get my situation with the VA straightened out. Helped out that he is a Veteran and was able to understand what I was going through, highly recommend him to all my military buddies in the Odessa, Midland area. Not many lawyers in the area will help you if you have a VA problem but Brian took it head on and got my problem fixed up.
