Really good food

Mrs. Eckman was my attorney in my first DWI case. I will be brief and state that I did take a plea deal and accept the charge. Why consider her then, you may ask. What impressed me the most about Victoria was primarily her honesty. But, I also appreciated her altruistic approach to my personal situation and how succinct she was in explaining legal matters to me. I don't want to criticize her ability as an attorney solely on the outcome of this simple case; there are always other factors to consider. Of course I wasn't facing prison time with this particular case either. In the event that I was, I would certainly be less forgiving in my review towards any attorney LOL But, don't take that statement out of context and assume that I am questioning her ability to defend felony charges. In any case, I would recommend her service to my fellow Midlanders who find themselves in a tight spot due to singular and even repeated moments of of poor judgement. Simply put, I was simply pleased with not going to jail and I thank you Mrs. Eckman for your help and kind nature. God willing, our paths will never cross in a courtroom again but if they do, I know that I am in good hands. Gratefully, Francis Wazny

Consulted with Mr. Eckman concerning a legal matter and was seeking a second opinion. Mr. Eckman was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. All of the legal advice during our consultation provided points of reason while outlining my cost/benefit analysis ultimately determining which direction to head in my case. Aaron was the most professional, but at the time personal lawer I spoke with. I have had several attorneys but none that I can say truly cared about my situation and me as an individual. He was very easy to make appointments with and I'm from out of town and I was able to do conference calls with him. He cares about people's goals and people not money. Being in the situation to need a lawyer is hard and scary enough. Especially because I wasn't from the area, I had a hard time finding a lawyer online. Aaron E. Eckman is TRUE to his word. No matter the out come of your situation it's worth having known him. I am in Florida my youngest daughter is in Texas I felt totally helpless until I spoke to Aaron. His yes is yes ,his no is no. No in between. Aaron doesn't just tell you what you want to hear.
