I hired Chris DeAnda for my child custody case. I was very impressed with his work and he was reachable around the clock whether it be day or night. He worked late on my case to ensure it was completed in a timely manner and that everything was exactly how I wanted it. Needless to say, Chris got me exactly what I asked for and had my best interest in mind. He did not try to drag anything out to charge more, he genuinely wants to do what’s best for his customers as quickly as possible unless you state otherwise. Also*** He was one of the more reasonably priced attorneys that understands not everyone has ten thousand dollars to pay up front. Very reasonable retainer and payment plan that works for everyone. As I stated before, I feel this attorney actually cares about you.

Mr. DeAnda and his staff treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. There is not a doubt in my mind that he worked as hard as he could for me. I had to turn myself in for a warrant and after being denied a bond two days in a row Mr. DeAnda went back on the third business day and got a bond set and I was released. I feel like he has a true passion for his career. He was very upfront and was quick to respond to all of my questions. His staff is just as professional & very caring. Words can't express how grateful I am that Mr. DeAnda was my attorney.

I found myself on the wrong side of the law and was desperately trying to find someone that would represent me. I went to several attorneys and was met with either concern, doubt or, in one case, fear at the situation I was in. Then, I went to see Mr DeAnda. He listened to what was happening and was excited to face the ordeal I was in! Not only that, he called me within an hour of leaving our initial consultation with some ideas he had already come up with; needless to say, I obtained his services that same day. He was very patient with me throughout the process and the numerous emails I sent him (each with several questions, each). He also helped calm me down a few times when everything seemed bleak. I say the following without intending it the way it'll sound - I hope I don't have to speak with him, again (only because that means I was stupid, again). However, IF (and that's a very strong IF) my brain decides to turn off again and gets me in trouble, he will definitely be the one I call to fly in with his cape and law knowledge to save my day, again! Christopher and his staff did an outstanding job on my case, I was never in the dark about anything, all my questions were answer in a prompt matter, if Chris was in court, Lupita and Vanessa made sure they answered any questions I had and addressed any concerns. Mr. DeAnda is one of very few lawyers that didn't jump to making promises he couldn't keep. He always assured me that he would do what he could and never failed to keep his word. We want to express our deepest appreciation to our lawyer Chris as he came through for us at a critical time of need. Let me explain. We had recently applied for a mortgage loan modification through our mortgage company, completing and submitting supporting documentation as required. A title deed issue came up requiring we obtain a Quit Claim Deed to our mortgage loan servicing department ASAP or we were at risk losing our pending approval status. Just to tell you a little bit about how we know Attorney Deanda, my husband and Chris have years as close friends and previous co-workers. But we didn't think of contacting him with this issue being that he is located in Midland, TX. After hours of researching online and calling several title company's and law firms here locally on how to obtain this quit claim deed form, we exhausted our resources. A couple of months ago my son had recently hired Attorney Deanda to represent him in his divorce. Mind you, we live in Lubbock, TX and the chances of Attorney Deanda representing my son were very slim. To our surprise, Chris took on my son's case within a day's notice and went above and beyond for him. But my son will have to write his own review ;-). I talked to my husband about contacting Chris to see if he could help us with this title issue. I took a chance and emailed him explaining our situation and asked for a consultation with him. Within 2 days I receive an email from him with an attached Quit Claim Deed form, which was exactly what we were needing!! I thanked him and thanked him over and over again. Mr. Deanda is, without a doubt, an attorney that takes his craft seriously. In the very recent past, I was facing jail time that I felt wasn't warranted considering the charges and circumstances. I had no legal help however; and the attorney appointed to my case was clearly giving me over to the system. I was offered two different plea deals for jail time and I rejected both. I was then scheduled for trial knowing that, apart from a miracle, I would receive the maximum penalty. I was able to retain Mr. Deanda, and immediately felt a relief upon speaking with him. He visited me numerous times-even on weekends- and he was very personable and honest, and I knew that he would fight hard for me. I trusted him completely and was fully confident in his abilities. Needless to say, Chris went above and beyond in my case and I received a disposition that I could only have dreamed of. He is an awesome attorney and a helluva guy, and I recommend him fully to anyone needing an attorney that takes pride in his chosen profession and remains highly ethical.
