Mark proposed a settlement on my behalf without a full inventory of assets (even after I asked for one). The proposed settlement excluded a valuable asset that I only found out about by mistake via my ex, just before signing. Mark took no responsibility for this oversight. I’m not sure he even knew about it as my case was mostly handled by his legal assistant. I complained to the State Bar. They responded that errors in judgement are not illegal and that more offenses of the same nature would need to be reported in order for him to be reviewed (file a complaint, folks!). Additionally, all the staff at Marks office offers legal advice as if they are attorneys, and Mark gave me totally inaccurate legal advice regarding standard retirement assets. Overall, I wasted $7,500. Small in comparison to the assets I almost lost by not changing attorneys.

Mark Threadgill was the best for Divorce and Custody. He was very diligent and aggressive in fighting for what I wanted. His staff Doris, Bethany and Yvonne were second to none! Extremely satisfied and happy to say I am a father who fought and got custody of his children!
