I can’t say enough about The Stuart Firm. They have gone above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined for my daughter. We still have a ways to go but I have all the faith in the world in Caleb. His paralegal, Amber is awesome as well! They go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and are always there to answer your questions. They are such an amazing team! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an Attorney that knows his stuff!

When my wife and I arrived for our appointment with The Stuart Firm, we were greeted by a very pleasant and accommodating staff member. She escorted us to the conference room and made sure that we were comfortable while awaiting Caleb Stuart. Shortly, Mr. Stuart arrived, introduced himself, then very attentively listened to our situation. He understood what started out to be a simple purchase turned into a nightmare for me, and I felt that I could never resolve it by myself. Mr. Stuart proceeded to explain our options in a manner that would be less stressful and expensive for us. Everything he said to us made us feel like our worries were finally over, and that he would definitely help us. Fortunately, the first plan of defense he outlined for us succeeded, and now, thanks to Mr. Stuart, we can get on with our lives. We certainly chose the best law firm and will highly recommend Caleb Stuart to others.

Caleb & his team are exactly who I needed to address a work related lawsuit. Not only did they execute, they succeeded. I showed up with document upon document, they took it, heard my case, & within a few months we’ve finalized the suit. I’ve not had to deal with lawyers much in life, but I trusted them to deliver for me, & they did. If & I hope I never do, but if I ever need another attorney. It will be with the Stuart Firm. Caleb executed knowledge, ideas, recommendations, & scenarios. Which helped in my deciding factor. Very very knowledgeable, to the point, & honest even if it hurts.

We had a real hard case of getting a relative from a bad place from her mom. Caleb took our case and spent a lot of time with us preparing our case. With the backlog of cases at the court Caleb was able to win our case. The Judge Billingsley was fair and worked hard to finish the case. Caleb is the best lawyer I have ever hired and I recommend if you need a good lawyer give him a call. He is located in Midland Texas.

Very dishonest and extremely unresponsive. They did non of the work that we paid him to do. When we reached out to them about our concerns, we were completely ignored. Definitely do not recommend using this law firm.
