Okay, you’ve found your way here and you’re reading reviews to figure out if Art is the right lawyer for your situation. Well let me just stop you now and say Art is hands down the best, lawyer I have ever worked with. He is honest and up front with expectations. From the first phone call I felt good about Art’s knowledge on construction law and the possibilities with our scenario. We had an initial, in-person consultation that went well and we were told exactly what to expect. A few months later we won our lawsuit thanks to Art and his team. I would recommend Art to anyone looking for a credible, construction law expert that’s going to get the job done.

We hired Art when we had a situation with a contractor. He was straight forward from the very beginning and told us how the process would work every step of the way. He made the process easy. A few months back I was hit by an impatient driver trying to pass me on my left while I was turning left. DPS on the scene ended up ticketing me for an unsafe left turn. I work for a delivery company and had come across Mr. Aguilar’s office. I stopped by to ask the office manager a few questions when Mr. Aguilar over heard the conversation. He seemed very interested in my case because he left I was unfairly ticketed. He wanted to take care of it for me. I agree because of how he genuinely seemed to care. Well a couple of days ago he went to bat for me and needless to say he got my Case dismissed! He fought for me and he will fight for you!

Hired Mr. Aguilar for a HOA dispute that was a novel type case, meaning there’s no other court cases similar to it. He followed through to the end, against a law firm for the HOA and many roadblocks they tried to place, and we were able to get a favorable decision from the judge. I would highly recommend Art. Even on non tried legal issues, he puts in the time necessary to be prepared to get results.

I had hired Mr. Aguilar to help bring justice to my community. He is and his are consummate professionals. Art consistently fought for me. I was having the worst time in my life , im going to try to explain the most on a few words ,,,, so I'm a owner of a family mechanic shop and after working hard for the last 15 years we finally bought our own land and we decided to build a small building to start our own mechanic shop so we hired a building metal contractor to build this project and unfortunately one of their employees fell down form the metal frame the paramedics come to my property and supposedly everything was okay " but after like 6 months I received a letter where this employee of the company I hired was sued me I was totally in shock because I was never involved on a legal process so I tried to looked for the best lawyers in Austin , Georgetown and surrounding areas but unfortunately no one want to take my case ,,, why ?? I don't know I assume the reason was because all the lawyers just want easy cases with a lot of profits well anyways thanks God my friend recommended me with Mr. Aguilar and for real this man is the best definitely he is my savior he was super fast , super clear to explain everything , and super honest ,,, in less then a month my case was close
