Tim James is the by far the best lawyer in Nacogdoches. He is the only one I would trust with my life.

Tim James really knows his stuff. I had questions and he took the time to actually *listen* to me before suggesting a strategy for my issue. I found him friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend him if you need a criminal lawyer in Nacogdoches.

I hired another lawyer in town who never called me back and his secretary was the only one who seemed to work on my case. The other lawyer told me to plea. I fired the other lawyer that day and hired Mr. James the next. Mr. James got my case dismissed. Mr. James was extremely knowledgeable and actually seemed to care about my case. He always called me back and kept me informed about everything he was doing. If you want a good lawyer you have to use Mr. James.
