My husband needed to file for disability but was very intimidated and stressed over the paperwork involved. I had the idea that if he could talk to an attorney and get his questions answered, that he wouldn’t be so overwhelmed (my husband hates paperwork and also felt like he didn’t have a chance to be approved). We met with Mr. Devenzio and he answered all our questions and gave us other helpful, informative information. My husband felt so much better when we left his office. Mr. Devenzio did not charge us even though he spent at least half an hour of his busy day with us. A month later, my husband called to ask another question or two just to get clarity. The receptionist told us to come back in. Again, Mr. Devenzio answered our questions and gave us peace of mind. If you don’t have any health issues and are trying to scam the system, don’t come to this attorney. But, if you are having legitimate health concerns, your first step should be this attorney, Mr. Devenzio. He will step in and walk you through the process if you don’t get approved for disability. He can’t do every single thing for you because there are some things that you are required to do yourself; but he will walk you through it all and when you need him to fight for you, he will. He is very professional and to the point. We highly recommend him.

We hired this lawyer to do a probate of a will and we had to do all the work that was required to get everything taken care of. We paid $$$ for a lawyer to take care of our needs. Didn’t even bother to talk to us before court started. Ignored calls and dint call back ore treat us right at all.
