Ms. Delgado did nothing to help my sister. She was informed of 2 witnesses of whom would testify on my behalf and refused to contact them because "she doesn't get paid enough" . She failed to utilize a very important document which proves my sister did not commit the crime of which she is accused . She blatantly disrespected my sister during court by expressing a loud ,quick laugh when my sister was asked why she didn't want Ms.Delgado as her attorney anymore. I would not hire Ms.Delgado for representation.

She was appointed to my case for a criminal trespassing charge. I had signed paperwork that allowed me to be at the residence but was still taken into custody and she never even mentioned this in court. She was informed of two possible witnesses that made claims in my favor but refused to even contact these people but made the effort to speak with two people that opposed my case. She has told me and my sister both on separate occasions that she "only gets paid $300" for taking my case and that "is not enough to want to take this to trial". She kept trying to convince me to take a plea. We ultimately decided this would not work and agreed to ask for her to be replaced. We agreed to explain that her location being all the way across state did not allow her to properly handle my case. When we entered court and asked the judge that was not how she explained her reasoning for the replacement. She instead put it all on me saying I was "difficult to reason with". I have a very good case to fight including signed paperwork that shows they were wrong for arresting me and she just did not want to fight for me she only wanted to be done with me as quick as possible. Would not recommend her.

Sylvia Delgado was very knowledgeable and helpful with my niece’s case. She had excellent communication and went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend her!
