Tommy was actually my second lawyer I hired for my case, the previous attorney is a good sales man and knows his stuff, but his personality made it difficult to work with him, Then I found Tommy and he showed a keen interest in my case and more importantly, I truly felt like he believed the atypical things that got me to this point. My previous lawyer asked me towards the end of the initial court hearing "you really didn't confess?" just blew my mind because I had been saying that for years. Anyways I hired Tommy on a related charge which I take full responsibility for. He was always pleasant to conversate with on things that can have serious impacts on my life. He also is able to explain things in laymen terms so there never was confusion about what was going on with my case. And the outcome was the absolute best I could have hoped for. Thanks again Tommy!

I was charged with Aggravated DWI in Guadalupe county because I blew 2x the legal limit. Long story short - it was dropped to Obstruction of a Highway with deferred adjudication. I kept my license, my money, my reputation and my ass out of jail. I recommend Tommy Vaughn to everybody I know.
