When visiting Traeger and Ricks you will be met with and intelligent kind team with the highest of integrity. The partners and staff team are beyond exceptional. My specific experience was with Mr. Traeger. His guidance and expertise assisted me through an emotionally tough probate case. Not only was he emotionally intelligent, but he also clearly and succinctly laid out what was happening in the case I was apart of. I recommend when working with Traeger and Ricks, be forthcoming, transparent, and communicate everything. Leave no stone unturned, make sure they have all the information they need to defend you. These Gentlemen are an example of what a reputable decent law office should aspire to be. I have dealt with other firms, they may sound great yet many will take your money even when they know there is no case to be made. These guys were more concerned about ethics, morals and how they would sleep at night. They could have drained my account, yet instead they guided me and assisted me in finding other solutions that would benefit my family and finances. Even after it was clear that we would not conduct business together, a relationship was created where they would not advice me rather gave me resources to educate myself on some legal matters. We live in Lewisville, Texas which is outside of Dallas, Texas, so of course when looking for a law firm to work with us to complete Estate Planning we were given many suggestions. After meeting with & discussing our needs and assets most were too busy, priced too high for their time or just did not seem too interested in diving into the complex mineral rights with family concerns attached.
