Very satisfied with how Mr. Seymour handled my case. On a personal level having to deal with family law is challenging, but I felt that my interests were well served and my goals were met.
And one more thing..... we won!
Very grateful to you Aaron.

Aaron Seymour did a wonderful job handling my felony case and did more then I could have asked for. I previously had an attorney that I hired but had to fire and wish I would have paid Aaron that money instead of my previous attorney. I would recommend him to anyone

Mr. Aaron Seymour has been an impressive lawyer to my family the past 2 years. Not only in the legal field but financially as well. I got into trouble back In September of 2020 in Hays county with a number of charges, a 3rd DUI, evading arrest, as well as other minor charges. Aaron has been there every step of the way with me. He has the knowledge and understanding to keep me and my family calm and informed. I am a Army veteran who suffers from PTSD after more than 18 months overseas. Aaron himself is also a veteran who completely understood me, my mental state, my expectations, and with ease was able to communicate. Mr. Seymour has become like family to us. He has worked tireless hours on my case and gotten us to a point I never thought we would be at. Aaron has worked with the DA on my case to help put together a package explaining my side of things and showing that I made a mistake but i am a good man who holds a job, takes care of his children, supports his family, has learned his lesson and is willing to do as the court asks of him. Aaron is not afraid to tell me straight forward that i can do better, that i can be better than my past and PTSD. Currently it looks like I am going to get probation and our family gets to keep a father at home so we can heal and recover together. Our family is forever greatful to Mr. Seymour and his work.

Aaron Seymour is a very competent and professional lawyer. He listens to his client’s concerns and wishes. He is straight forward with his client as to what makes sense and is possible and what isn’t. In court he presents his points/arguments in a logical, rational manner without being dramatic. I highly recommend Aaron Seymour for your legal needs.

Mr. Seymour was assigned as my Court Appointed Attorney when the first assigned attorney closed his practice 1.5 years ago. As soon as I learned about this change, I called Mr. Seymour and we spoke on the phone for a short time.
Mr. Seymour never contacted me again, and though his legal assistant took messages from me the 4 times I tried to reach him a week and a half before my court date and told me she would ask him to call me, he never returned my calls.
The “Discovery” had been obtained by the previous attorney and transferred to Mr. Seymour.
On the morning of my court date, Mr. Seymour took me to a room to discuss the strategy of my case, but instead of having a discussion, he told me how things were going to go down.
During that conversation, he told me that after speaking with me 1.5 years prior that he had decided that I had psychological issues and had filed a Motion for me to be required to undergo a Psychological Evaluation. Then, during the same conversation, he realized that he had not filed the Motion. He said he had prepared it, but had not filed it.
During the 15-20 minutes between our conversation and being called to the bench, I watched him using his cell phone, never looking up. I suppose he was trying to file the Motion during that time.
When we were called to the Judge’s bench, Mr. Seymour told the judge that he had filed a Motion for me to be ordered to have a Psychological Evaluation. This was within 15-20 minutes after he had told me he hadn’t filed it.
My court date was on Friday, June 3, 2022. Today is Monday, June 6, 2022.
I looked at my cases on the Internet on Saturday, June 4, 2022 and saw that even though the Judge had removed him and assigned a different attorney, Motions for a mandatory Psychological Evaluation appear. Nothing was physically filed with the Clerk, shown to the Judge, signed, or notarized, however, it now shows up on my case files on the Internet.
While at the Judge’s Bench, the Judge assigned a different attorney to me, which is all I wanted.
I want an attorney who will fight for me, not bow down to the State without hearing my side.
(There are valid extenuating circumstances that I wanted Mr. Seymour to consider and communicate to the District Attorney; the fact that my daughter sustained a Diffuse Anoxic Traumatic Brain Injury in a fatal car crash and the violations I am facing have everything to do with me trying to keep her safe.)
In addition, after being assigned as my attorney, he couldn’t remember my name and couldn’t find it in “his records.” (Apparently he creates his own records.) I repeated my name several times, wrote it down for him, then finally showed him my TXDL. That’s when he went to the real files created by the state to find out what his job was to be in 15 minutes.

I was not able to renew my Texas driver's license due to a North Carolina DMV block for 2 unresolved speeding tickets from 1983. I contacted the county court in NC where the tickets were issued and they said I had to appear in court for one of the tickets or hire an attorney to represent me. My veteran representative referred me to Mr. Seymour.
Mr. Seymour's assistant said he could not represent me in NC, as he only practices law in the state of Texas, but would research my case and advise me of what action to take in order to resolve my legal issue in NC.
Within a week, I was given the name of an attorney to contact, who then put me in contact with a reputable local attorney in the NC county where the tickets were issued. I was able to resolve the legal issue in less than 24 hours, clear the DMV block, and obtain my Texas driver's license.
I would like to note that I had just been released from prison after serving 21 years and I had no idea of where to even start in order to take care of this situation.
Mr. Seymour and his staff were instrumental in helping me find a solution to my legal problem. If it were not for them, I would not have my driver's license today so that I could find a job and reenter society as a productive citizen.
I have the highest regards for Mr. Seymour and his staff for helping me, free of charge, and for the compassion they showed in helping ease my return to society.
