Justin Morley represented me on a complicated divorce case with erroneous violence claims, that were eventually thrown out. In the beginning he was strong but stopped working productively on my case after seeing prominent members of the city were involved. He refused to report multiple instances of well documented felony fraud, although it was his duty to his client and the court. He withdrew shorty before trial without submitting substantial evidence. I went to trial with virtually none. Luckily I hired a lawyer with accountability and a moral compass stronger than Morley. Morley is very competent and did a great job in depositions. Yet, he set a one day no jury trial against my wishes. He then tells the substituting attorney that the judge leans towards mothers, trying to discourage the trial. What Mr. Morley seems to consider conservatism is what most people consider corruption. I do not recommend Mr. Morley.

Justin did not listen to me about any of my concerns and he would not perform the deposition on my former spouse, like he assured me he would do, when I hired him. Had he had a plan b to get to the bottom of my case, I would have listened. Instead, Justin wouldn’t even try and negotiate for me to have 50/50 custody. He tried to talk me into settling for even less time with my children who were all minors at the time. The biggest problem was that he didn’t do this until days before negotiation. I had to scramble at the last minute and deal with the headache of an angry spouse throwing a fit over a mediation date being changed. This was 100% Justin’s doing. He should have told me when I paid him a very hefty retainer that he wasn’t going to fight for me to have 50/50 custody. I have no record or reason to have been given anything less. He was a major disappointment.

Justin is an exceptional professional. He provides outstanding legal services.

I wanted to wait to write this review, it’s been a year having had Kenneth Brazle and his team represent my family in court for custody issues. I’ve had a few other lawyers for the past 5 years previously and none compare to Mr. Brazle and his team. Mr, Brazle knows family law well, is incredibly intelligent, is quick to respond to emails and calls, listens, explains outcomes and possibilities, is honest, is kind, and very professional. He will not play games or cause drama for your family in court, or drag things out; instead he takes the right path whether long or short and works diligently at pursuing it. Additionally his team is equally amazing, communicating, helping, educating, keeping you on track, and supporting you and your family. I have not once felt my family was taken advantage of, mislead, or unprepared. I believe Mr. Brazle and his staff are easily the best team you can find in Comal County. Highly recommended!
