We needed legal assistance with real estate to transfer property from siblings. Neal knew exactly the steps needed to accomplish preparing documents and filing. He facilitated a smooth and comfortable transition for all parties. Transparency was always at the front and any questions were answered. His knowledge of State statues made this a simple transaction.

Everyone at the office is so helpful and friendly. Joyce is a pleasure to talk to. Mr. Linnartz took care of my POA , Will and Advance directives. I believe in having everything in order, and they helped me get there. Thank you to everyone.

VENDORS BEWARE !!!!!!! Was hired to fix a printer . Drew contracts , Had those contracts signed and dated . Told Mr Linnartz That it could be weeks or months before his parts would show up due to the age of his machine . He decided to continue instead of purchasing a new machine . Two weeks into waiting for parts he requested me to send him a refund which I was Happy to do since he was not a satisfied customer . I sent over all of the paperwork to have his refund issued to him, and he refused to sign it, stating that it would look bad on him for signing the paperwork . He took me to court and had his buddy, which was one of the judges Rule in his favor . I paid Mr Linnartz $800 Points points towards the refund which he was supposed to be getting from my vendor . Told him that once I received the remaining amount that I would give him what he had left coming to him . Now he’s saying that I have not done anything at all. Nothing has happened he’s received no refund no payments no Money Not anything for me at all . If he hires you to work for him, I would suggest you run away as fast as you can

I don't recommend this office to ANYONE. My very first call to speak about a case I unfortunately had to speak with Joyce who needs massive help in the customer service aspect!! She told me that they could not help me but that she could give me other names of lawyers. When I asked her for the numbers of the lawyers she said "NO YOU CAN GOOGLE THEM YOURSELF" Really??? Then when I called her back to tell her I was going to put a Google review she became sweet as pie. Fool someone else lady!!! Terrible office!

Looking for another attorney. A few years ago we met with Linnartz to amend our Trust and write two new wills. We agreed on a price but did not get it in writing. He said our first hour was free. During this first meeting, his assistant was out of the office so Mr Linnartz had to make copies of previous documents. When we got our bill, he added $600 to the agreed price because the meeting had taken longer since he had to take time for using the copy machine. He would not return my calls. He lost our business.
