I was hit by another driver head-on who was arrested on site for 3 charges. My car was totalled, my life was changed forever because of this wreck, medical bills, including numerous neurologist and physical therapist bills, added up, and the at-fault's insurance pay out simply wasn't enough. Kyle Law Firm had to push my own insurance company to pay out my full undersinsured motorist policy which I pay for yearly! After mounting all the evidence through great communication and organization in their part, I received the full amount. They also took the time to teach me about the legal process, as it gets very convoluted in cases like this. They laid out all my options and allowed me time and space to make my choice.
