Told me I had a good case took my case. During the 2.5yrs that he was my so called lawyer I went months without being able to get a hold of my lawyer for answers Left voicemails emails ect. Only time I got a call was when it was time they needed a payment. 2.5 yrs over $6k I paid and got a letter in the mail from Joshua saying he was no longer representing me. I asked for a refund since he did absolutely noting in 2.5 years but was ignored I understand if we lost or told we had a weak case from a judge but we never once talked to a judge or arbitrator nothing. I went to the office for answers since I could never get ahold of them and joshua would not even come out and talk to me face to face. Dudes a joke took my money and did absolutely nothing but cause me more stress then the situation I was already in. I should have used my gut feeling when at first I told him everything going on and they sent the demand letter to a company in Wisconsin instead of the actual company in Fort Worth. Haha beware of this law firm. Good luck also I was refered to him by the tarrant County bar association wich turned out to be no help as well Well you wernt that disappointed or you would have reimbursed me something for wasting 2.5yrs of my life and giving me the run around instead of just telling me to my face at the begining to find someone else. Just about getting that money like all the other reviews say.

They are handling a custody/guardianship case concerning my deceased daughter & her absent missing dad. They made a lot of promises to get my business and once they received my money nothing happened. I've left messages called the office & the only thing I get is the run around & promises to call me back. DO NOT use these people. They're bootleg... They had my mom pay Mary Tompsen via the square app.....

I would only give 1 star, they were only interested in taking my money. They were nice at first, but after they got my money, they stopped communicating and wouldn't answer my calls. The first case was dismissed, the second trial was ended when they didn't have the dates and proper details. Now they say that a new law came out making it likely that I will lose the case and owe even more money. I hope no one else has to have this bad experience. If you go to them you are taking a big risk!

Absolutely under no circumstances should you consider Joshua Graham & Associates. I had a consultation about my case and I was assured that they had handled issues exactly like mine before and that not only did they have the experience, but had also processed several cases against the Attorneys that would be sent the Demand Letter. I decided to hire them, and paid the up front required fees and it went downhill from there. After not getting the result that I was assured I would get , I realized that Joshua Graham & Associates absolutely misrepresented their experience necessary to pursue my case properly. I will now be filing an "Attorney Grievance" for Ethics Violation and Professional Misconduct with the State Bar of Texas and the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel on the basis of "Competent and Diligent Representation". Which states that they accepted employment in a legal matter which the Lawyer should know was beyond the Lawyers competence. I would have never hired this Attorney if they had not completely misrepresented their ability and competence to handle my case. I sincerely hope that this review will help others like myself, that just wanted to be honestly represented, but instead was misled by Joshua Graham & Associates.
