Josh Marcum is absolutely amazing. He is punctual, effective, diligent, and understanding. He was very kind and very easy to talk to. Instead of just letting me know how it was gonna be like my previous attorney he heard my desired outcome, fought for it, and achieved it. I asked for less community service time and he got it, I asked for a dismissal and he got it. Like all good things it took a little time, but it was all very worth it when I got call from Josh saying it was over and done. 5 out of 5 stars all the way.

Any time anyone needs to reach out to an attorney, it's a frightening experience. It generally means that you have seen better days. Josh made our family feel calm and confident in his services. From the moment we walked into his office, we were rest assured that all would be okay. Josh is a fighter! He has a great rapport with his clients. Josh is a great lawyer! He got me threw a tuff situation I did not know what to do or what my first step was I never been in that type of trouble on that scale! Mr. Marcum was absolutely the best! Because of his connections in Tarrant County and knowledge base, he was able to ask questions that help get one of my cases dismissed and another pleaded to a lower charge. He's very sharp, communicates in a timely manner and truly cares about your future after everything is over.

Josh knew exactly how to handle my situation and gave me peace of mind from our first meeting. He quickly got both my charges reduced and has made it possible for me to keep my record clean after a short probation. I don't even need to report to a probation officer. It doesn't get easier than that.

I hired Josh as my lawyer after reading who knows how many random attorney letters I got after being charged with a misdemeanor. He met with me and explained the charge, the process and my possible options. A couple weeks later he told me my case could be over with just some community service and a short class. This is a lawyer who can get things done.

I hired Josh as my attorney and he got my case dismissed. No trial, no probation, dismissed! With my job I couldn't have a conviction on my record and he worked from the start to make sure that didn't happen. Hopefully I won't need to hire him again, but I would do it in a second!
