I am a bio-grandmother of Baby Shepardson. I am so disgusted with Norris as an attorney! My cousin Ms. Shepardson has been waiting for OVER 1 1/2 years for A birth certificate and SS! She has had to take matters into her own hands to rectify your laziness; she has lost a half days wages and over 10 phone calls trying to find out how to get the certificate! Shame on you for not doing your job! Not only that, Shepardson was not able to file her tax’s for all the daycare expenses, and was not able to collect any assistance during the pandemic, her adopted grandfather cannot put her as a beneficiary because why!? Because you haven’t done your JOB! If anything you should give Shepardson a expense break for doing yours and your paralegals jobs! I sent this in a private message, but he declined to respond.

This office is absolutely on point! Concise and on point!! Polite timely and very efficient!

Where to start!!!! We recommend Mr. Gaven and his staff. They was amazing kept in contact if not the same day the next! He listens and will assist in anyway he can. His staff respond fast and helped us out when we did not understand something. Him being a father himself understands how to help another man with a custody battle! Thank you all for helping us protect our family!!! We will always 1,000% recommend you guys to families!!!! God Bless people like y’all. I can’t say enough good things about this law firm. We filed our adoption case in January & it was finalized in April. Gaven & his staff were so amazing in helping us get everything done. Mr. Norris and his staff are amazing. They truly care about each and every case. I felt like my world was falling apart at times with my case but Mr. Norris and the girls in his office were so genuinely concerned. If you’re dealing with this office in any way be prepared to wait!! I’ve been waiting on a simple order correction for months and still nothing has been corrected. My court orders were finalized years ago, I was only needing the place of birth updated in order for vital statistics to make a name change on a birth certificate. Rather simple task to be completed. We keep getting fingers pointed from the paralegal to the attorney himself as to why the update hasn’t been completed and signed. HIGHLY FRUSTRATING.
