We are currently dealing with a difficult custody and divorce case and Bernie Aldape and his staff have done so well on my brother n laws case! Bernie and his office has worked with my brother n law that only speaks Spanish and with a payment plan of services! Highly recommend him and his law firm!

Hired him to put myself on child support, everything was good with getting my rights and the amount I was gonna pay. 2 weeks before we went to court and finalize the final order I told him I lost my job and got another job somewhere else making way less money that I was making. I told him we needed to modify the amount and fix it because I wasn’t gonna be able to pay that. He told me “first we need to close the case, and then after we can modify it” so the case got closed. A few days later I went to his office and told him when can we start the paper work for the modification, he said “I no longer represent you, you need to hire another lawyer or do it through the child support office.” He didn’t do his job to fix things after I lost my job. I wouldn’t recommend this guy.

This guy charged me 2500 and on the first day he was supposed to show up he didn’t, he also kept my money and I didn’t get anything done. Be careful with this guy
