Awesome Law firm!! Brenda was amazing in helping manage my case and if for some reason she wasn't available, Chris or Dawn was immediately there to help me. I see some complaints on here about not returning phone calls? I never had an issue. Sometimes I would have to leave a message, but they always got back to me with updates. My case took a while but totally worth the wait because they never just took whatever was offered. They took it to court and fought for me. Would highly recommend!!

They don't get back to you ever. It's like you are begging them to answer your call even though they get your money for services they are supposed to provide, like keeping you informed and actually settling out your case in a reasonable amount of time. It's been over a year and we haven't finished up yet. although they have managed to push back our court date from June 6 to whenever they get around to it. Christopher and his wife don't value there clients as important but pesky.

Have had a ongoing case since May 2016. Lawyer assigned to my case does not communicate, will not share information about case and has not even consulted with me about the settlement offered. Have left messages for the main lawyer that owns the firm and he doesn't respond either. Worse case of customer service ever! Update: Guess who is still waiting on a return phone calls!! Update 2: Original review was left a year ago, guess who is still waiting to settle my case? THIS GIRL!!! (12/2019)

Would not recommend this law firm! Wish I would have research better! Never returned phone calls too just get a update on my case allways there on the other line or at lunch! My case is about too be a year an nothing has been resolved no phone calls just a different story when you finally reach someone! I wouldn't recommend this Law Firm to no one!

I'm sorry for selecting this firm as well. I wish I had done better research. They are always busy. Do not return phone calls, I get the same response when I call,such as, their on an important phone call or their with someone right now. Every time I call. I do not recommended.

I knew few attorneys a couple years back when I needed one to represent me in a case involving an accident with my wife. Well I was introduced to Mr. Soileau one evening while I was out playing golf. He sat down and took time out his golf game and listened to my predicament I was facing. Afterwards by the way he handled everything so professionally, I hired him and his firm to represent me, Hoping we'd settle without it going to court. Needless to say we settled out of court within a year and I was well satisfied with the settlement. Thanks again to The Soileau law firm. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a great down to earth attorney, whom has a family and wants to know you personally. I felt it wasn't about the money he was making but the concern for me and my son's lost.

It has been hard to get my case manager return the numerous phone calls I've made to their office...Going on to 3 weeks now.I will be calling tomorrow again,maybe they will call me back before Halloween... I will give another review once my case is finalized as far as right now...I'm on the bottom of their files I guess it's been 5 months and no one tells me anything...

Never returned my phone calls, Always seems to be on lunch, always on the phone when I call but never domes to have time to call me back. Makes me seem like I'm bothering them when I call to get details on my case. Not recommended.

What a great experience!!! I could not speak more highly of the Soileau Law Firm. Right from the beginning we felt like we had a champion in our corner. His entire staff was great to work with, and Chris never stopped fighting for us. He made the entire process a breeze to work through, and when he took on the responsibility of dealing with the doctors bill and insurance it freed my wife and I up to concentrate on our healing process. Thanks Soileau Law Firm for doing such a fantastic job. The big check at the end was pretty nice to LOL
