I was involved in a vehicle accident which wasn't my fault and suffered minor injuries, and attorney Dan Wilson went to work for me, and got me a settlement for which I am very satisfied. He had excellent communication and kept me up to date through the entire process. The office manager was also very helpful was able to answer any questions I had when Dan was out of the office. I initially went to H & W because I had heard good things about them from others, and I'm glad I did, as they are very easy to work with and will go the extra mile for their clients. Very highly recommended!!! 😎

Mr. Joe Gutheinz fought hard to get me off! And he did it successfully! He got the d/a down from 2 years judification probation to a 4hr anger management class. I definitely recommend this law firm! They stand strong with what YOU WANT. Not with what the COURT wants. 😁
