As a member of the LEO community, it's not very often I find myself needing to be protected. Going through a custody battle I needed the very best to have my six, Shari Goldsberry is the best. She protected me, my professional reputation and had my back through this process.

Picking Shari to represent me was by far the best decision I made throughout my custody battle. Shari and her assistant Chris were such a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent and responses were prompt. They answered all my questions no matter how remedial they were, helped me to understand my best options and always had mine and my daughters best interest in mind. I can't say enough good things about them. Shari has an amazing practice and I would highly reccomend her to anyone needing a hardworking lawyer with honesty and integrity.

Shari has been my attorney for my divorce case and now modification of custody case. She has been solid and thorough through out the entire process. She has always straight shot it from day 1 so you know what to expect and are not being taken advantage of. Her team has always been helpful and they make sure they have every detail. A custody case is very emotional and stressful and she has always managed to help balance everything out for me. We are still going through a case, if something were to happen later I would not hesitate to hire her again! I recommend her to any and everyone. If you are looking for a well rounded person who will fight for you and what's right, she is the one.

There were many obsticles in my child custody suit Shari Goldsberry was able to overcome and find an adequate solution. As a father in this suit, I was very pleased to receive 50/50 custody rather than stadard possession order. Shari was very knowledgeable of the law and fought for my rights as a father. I was happy overall with the outcome of the case.

Typical frustration that comes along with trying to face the legal fact that most courts consider the mother of a child the most suitable caregiver of that child regardless of the mother’s absence was my family fear. Almost everyone that we spoke to including our family and friends tried to prepare my husband and me for the difficulties in winning custody of our grandchild. This fact led us to believe that even though we raised her the majority of the time; we would lose her in court. Our situation wasn’t rare but in many grandparents fight to stabilize their grandchild living situation, the legal history was not in our favor. We knew if we lost our case; we would be like many other grandparents before, not only would we lose the custody case, we would lose any chance of a future relationship with our grandchild. After meeting and talking with Ms. Goldsberry, we were prepared for an unfavorable outcome, but we left her office with hope. During the trial, we saw possibility become fact. The quality of service and communication style of Ms. Goldsberry eliminated any earlier fear of losing. Very patient and understanding. Very thorough and professional at all times. Calls you back promptly with any concerns or questions. . Explains the charges and costs before you begin the case. Very honest and realistic, doesn't sugar coat anything. She is very knowledgeable of the laws concerning your case, and if she doesn't know, she will find out within a 24 hr period. Even has a sense of humor, which helps to ease the tension of the case.
