On july 21, 2021 my ex wife divorced me, she took full custody with exclusive rights: she could take the kids to live anywhere she wanted and I was paying $300 for healthcare insurance in addition to the $1500 in child support. This law firm has been so wonderful to me, I’ll never be able to thank them enough for what they’ve done for my family . I lost custody of my daughter to CPS after a long hard fight in 2016 and she was adopted out through the system. In November I found out that the adoptive parents no longer wanted my daughter and we’re planning to put her into a group home until she was 18. I searched for the best family law firm in Pearland and gave Kersh Law Firm a call. Within minutes Christian Landry had found the only loop hole in the law for me to regain custody of my daughter and was on the phone getting the agreement together. After a year and a half battle, the Kersh Law Firm stepped in and got me a final resolution quickly. They are cut and dry!
