I have worked for the firm and have a good idea on what work is done by them to make sure they get the best result for whoever goes to them. The way they approach each client and case is systemic, where they have an initial intake department that gathers what information they can from you regarding what happened and what is immediately needed. Then they have a dedicated liability and property damage department that relieves you of the burden of having to schedule doctors appointments and deal with insurance companies. As long as they can, they will push to clear liability and if they can't they will be open and communicate with you what is going on. They then have other departments deal with managing medical bills and working with the client as best as they can in whatever is needed. In the worst case scenario if liability is denied, their attorneys will go to bat for you and go into litigation with the other party so that you know and they know that they gave it their all. So long as they are dedicated, they will not lead you astray.
