We hired Rickey in August of last year to take care of my spouses first DWI. He was very helpful and attentive to his work. He made sure to take care of him in every way possible. Extremely Helpful! Johnathan and his team of workers are super efficient and helpful. A year ago I was involved in an accident and they took genuine care of me and made everything easy! They made sure to handle everything from my vehicle to my self care and my therapy! They found all the resources I needed, made sure to provide me with adequate information and always kept me up to date . I never had to call them to bug them about anything! They always called me with any follow ups or information that was important or critical to my case. I had a great experience with JD Silva & Associates. From the moment I walked in the front door I had the full attention of Attorney Rickey Hernandez. It was a scary time in my life and he gave me the confidence and reassurance that everything would work out if I trusted the process; that’s exactly what I did. JD was a pleasure to deal with. It's never fun to deal with a wreck especially with other family members in your vehicle. I wasn't sure how to go about my claim and medical check up but JD and team made the entire claim process super easy and guided me throughout the whole thing. I'm in medical imaging and I'm picky about where I get my healthcare. I wanted to make sure the facility we went to had good doctors and imaging equipment and JD went above and beyond in providing that information. JD always picked up my calls and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. He said I can call anytime so I called him at 3 a.m. one time and he still picked up!! haha! Kidding! Please don't do that! But you get the point... All in all I'm glad I contacted JD Silva and associates and all is well with my family and my vehicle was fixed professionally in a timely manner. Jonathan and his staff took phenomenal care of me throughout the entire process. Although the process was lengthy, Jonathan and his staff provided me with updates as soon as they became available.
