Needed help becoming the Independent Administrator and obtaining the deed to my late fathers house. I turned to Hatchett Law Firm because of how professional and thorough they were in answering all my questions and helping me throughout the process. I was always updated on every step and informed on what was going on.

I also talked to Atty Cynthia Hatchett. She discussed my question with patience. She is clearly very knowledgeable and professional. After talking with Atty Hatchett, I felt that I found the lawyer who will help me and be there for me. I have only just employed Ms. Hatchetts services so I am not going to comment on her work since I don’t know yet but I am giving this review because I had left her a voice message and she called me on a Saturday which was pretty quick. She is very sweet and kind and consulted me on how generally this process works. Of all the lawyers, this was reason for hiring her rather than others.

I had the pleasure to meet Cynthia in 2015. My husband was told he had cancer and only had six months to live. Cynthia didn't even know us at the time but heard about it through a very good friend of both of us Mrs. Zimmer. Mrs. Zimmer was doing a fund raiser for my husband and Cynthia volunteered to do our wills for us. She's a wonderful person even when things where hard for my husband and myself she made things easier for us and she was very delightful to work with. I would recommend her and her associates anytime. I've had the pleasure of speaking with one of associate name Angelina and she was great. She took my info and got it to Cynthia right away and got back with me shortly after that. Very polite and professional it was a pleasure to work with her . Looking forward soon working with them again

I called The Hatchett Law Firm in need of a probate attorney unfortunately I needed an attorney in Florida. I had called a lot of other attorneys and none of them were as responsive as this one. I called and one lady said an Intake manager would call me back. Not even 5 minutes had passed and Ms. Angeline had called. She was so polite and caring and very professional. She let me they wouldn’t be able to assist me but offered a website I could use. I thought this was so very nice of her. She reassured me to continue my search and even offered some insights in my own Will. I’d highly recommend anyone to this firm.

I came to the firm back in September 2022 very confused and a little bit afraid of the guardianship process here in Texas. My 15 year old son Daniel's mom had unexpectedly passed, and while she did have a will and a trust set up, I had assumed that the life insurance policy left to him would be automatically paid. I had no idea of the complexity of Texas Guardianship law. Cynthia and her team have been great educating me and leading me through and over each step of the way. I needed an attorney to help me become my father's guardian. I did not even know where to start looking. An attorney friend who lives out of state researched the Hatchett Law Firm and recommended them based on his research. I am the luckiest person since Hatchett Law and I started doing business together. I have no legal background. Initially, they told me exactly how the process worked and what steps were needed. They were 100% correct on everything they told me. There were no surprises or anything that caught me off guard. I respected how every person I spoke with never talked down to me because I did not know the law. They did not want to do the work for me, but they tried to teach me along the way. I was in grad school while we went through this process together. My mother was a retired teacher and passed away before I needed the Hatchett Law Firm. I did not have her to give me the emotional support I needed. Mrs. Hatchett and others at the law firm stepped in and supported me. They would send me messages telling me to keep going. When I completed my degree, they celebrated with me. Early in our relationship of attorney–client, I shared my faith with Mrs. Hatchett. One day, the assisted living facility where my father lived had to rush him to the hospital by EMS. I left work and went to the hospital. Since we were in the middle of guardianship, I was unsure if they needed to know that my father was in the hospital, so I sent them a message advising them about my father. Mrs. Hatchett and another associate from the firm called me within five minutes. They asked about him and if the doctors had given me any information. Mrs. Hatchett could hear the fear in my voice as we talked. Towards the end of the phone call, Mrs. Hatchett asked if they could pray with me. I was so thankful they offered to do that for my father and me. As I sat in the waiting room, tears rolled down my face as they prayed for my father's health and for me to have strength. Months later, my father passed away. The Hatchett Law Firm took over the process of probating my father's will. They knew I was not in the best emotional spot. The service that Hatchet Law Firm provided was excellent. Once I adapt to the email/text communication, it was fine. The team help me to understand the probate process which was new to me. Very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Cynthia and the team.

I met with Attorney Hatchett at the most difficult time of my life. She was understanding, caring, and professional as she proceeded to take care of my family and I in a probate case. The case was severely contested with a criminal case associated that was still under investigation. Many lawyers could not handle the situation and Atty Hatchett had a clear, simple plan to execute that was not only successful but limited my expenses as well. Her system and team are effective and navigated the new Covid court system timely. I appreciate everything she did for me so that I did not need to worry about this side of our family tragedy. I was able to focus on the criminal case support and leave probate for her professional team. Now that probate has closed, I can grieve and heal and move on.
