Five stars is literally not enough for the service I received from JD & associates. I was involved in an accident less than a year ago. My vehicle was damaged and so was my body. After having to pay for my medical treatment and given the run around, a good samaritan gave me the information to JD Silva & Associates and the rest is history. Mind you, I live over two hours away from their office and they took care of everything, from the beginning until the end without me leaving my residence. My calls and e-mails didn’t go unnoticed; they were answered in a very timely manner and I was kept in the loop of what was happening. This firm took away my anxieties so I could focus on getting better. They made sure I received the proper medical care and the team constantly checked on my well being. I was treated with absolute respect and the associates were always professional and very courteous. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case which was settled within a year.
