Before I began my research on which law firm I wanted to seek advice from I prayed heavily, asking God to provide my mother and I with a well informed, kind, and empathetic person to guide us through our matters in question. Mr.Silva staff are really on top of everything from beginning to end. I received numerous updates through each phase of my case. The staff all have the best customer service every call is handled in a timely manner I never felt rushed off the phone even when I would call with several questions in the same day. Anthony made sure to deliver the best service along with the rest of the liability team which was a big relief to help me with setting up my car repairs and getting into a rental.
