Excellent customer service from the greatest team!

Would definitely recommend this law firm for their exceptional service. Everyone that I encountered was professional, respectable, and knowledgeable. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the lines of communication were always open. I am big on customer service and they definitely went above and beyond to make the best of an already difficult situation.

Experience was A+ with information and guidance based on my needs. Very helpful and friendly customer service with clear overview in which direction I needed to take based on my circumstance.

***Military Veterans, I’d avoid this Law firm. Just look at some of the negative reviews responses. Had a consultation over a month ago. Was told they would call back in a week and follow up. I called back after not hearing anything to find out what more needed to happen and had a less than desirable experience where I “became rude and said I would use someone else” Called back after I realized that the lawyer said he would follow up in a week and she how I was doing because he has a heart for veterans. Hang in there. Blah blah blah. I got a call back today when I asked to talk to an office manager about my experience and she started off with the “well unfortunately…” and it just wasn’t worth the call back. I was talked over by the office manager and told it was my fault I didn’t call back, but I took the attorney for his word. Seemed like he cared. Still haven’t heard back. If you are a military veteran I do not recommend this business.

First off I want to start on how fast this law firm works and closes cases and stay on top of everything even by text like wow case manager’s attorneys always got answers I highly recommend them for any car accidents and criminal I have seen soo many miracles and success stories with my own family and friends that we almost gave up of how hard the situations we brought to his office when no other attorney wanted to help us then we get amazing results I still remember the call we got with my sister Sharon and her friend Laura and policy limits we couldn’t believe it …. Thank you for not giving up on us and believing our true story the truth always comes out and y’all fought and fought for them … thank y’all for never giving up …. Secondly thank you to Amber Alvarado you are always on call a text away on any questions you make life easier for others while going through pain already etc thank you… I highly recommend this law firm they really fight for you and take things person when it comes to their clients god bless y’all ….

I highly recommend this firm, the communication is beyond expectations. If it’s not by phone call it’s a email or text. They made the whole process go so smooth for me not having to worry about if I was being taken care of. If you are looking for a lawyer who cares about the client these guys are the ones.
