Tom stated from the beginning that he strives to ensure justice is served, even if that means going the full 9 yards for a dismissal as opposed to an expeditious plea strategy that some attorneys use to generate volume clients as opposed to quality representation. He did EXACTLY that and in my case, justice prevailed and it was expeditiously dismissed. I can only imagine the beast he would have been for me and I know he is in court! Tom Locke is honestly the best at what he does. He is an amazing Attorney and an even better human being. He cares about your case as if you’re part of his family. Particularly with my case, I was very anxious and always worrying but Mr. Locke always kept me calm and telling me not to worry and in the end, I wasn’t charged with any crime. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the Greater Houston Area. I wouldn’t trust any other Attorney to do the same job Tom Locke did. Truly a splendid human being. When I was being investigated, I was very scared and didn’t know what the process was going to be and I sat down with Mr. Locke. After I left that first meeting, I knew that I picked the best attorney in Houston. His demeanor is very hard working and he explained the whole process and how everything would work out. He told me not to worry and that he would take care of it all. I do not have enough words to describe how great he is at what he does and how great of a human being he is. He is very passionate about his career and doesn’t not take the easy way out. This is truly the only attorney I would ever trust with my life.

I first observed Tom Locke at the courthouse interact very friendly with the lawyers and the judge. I was facing a DWI and had just finished speaking with the prosecutor. It is overwhelming and knew I was not going to be able to do this alone. I am a resident of America and if I knew if I was found guilty I was possibly going to be deported. We spoke briefly outside and exchanged some courtesies. I had a hunch feeling about him and man am I glad I went with my hunch. The way he cares about your case is undescribable, it's like he is representing someone in his own family. He not only is dedicated, very meticulous and detail oriented but he genuinely cares about you and your family. Hopefully you never have to go through this type of ordeal but if you want the best of the best, look no further and call Thomas Locke already. It will be the best decision you will ever make, I guarantee it!

While sitting the in DA's office trying to get information on how to handle my case I met this great guy who happened to be an even better attorney. He stopped what he was doing and voluntereed information at no cost or obligation. Now I was curious! When I was finally advised I needed an attorney I literally hunted Tom down in the courthouse. It was one of the best decisons I've made. Tom's practice handled my case professionally and was excellent at communication. I was never in the dark about anything regarding my case. I can not reccomend him enough! Thank you for your hard work and seeing my trial end with a BIG NOT GUILTY!

If you want someone who cares about you and will work hard, Mr. Locke is the man for you. He got my case dismissed on my first court appearance, which I didn’t believe was possible. Incredible lawyer but he’s an even better person.

Mr. Locke and his staff were absolutely wonderful and courteous throughout the entire process. I have heard some stories of lawyers from people in the past that tried to get you to settle for what the court offers and that is definitely not the case with Mr. Locke. He battled for me for as long as it took to get what we deserved which was a complete dismissal of my case! Thanks to him and his staff, I do not have the burden of having a felony on my record.
