I had a horrible experience with this terrible law firm

Camille Scroggins works incredibly hard for her clients. She is thoughtful and creative, and makes sure that the folks she works with are fully aware of all the pros and cons before they make their decisions. She's super efficient, too. I'm a counselor and a family/parenting coach in the area, and I send my clients to her all the time. I'm thankful she's in the area to help our families!

I was never given details about what was happening with my case unless I called and specifically asked. Even then, most of the time the response I got was “someone will call you back” and of course, they didn’t. When asked directly if the paperwork we needed to move forward had been filed, I was told that it had been, and that it would take up to 2 weeks to hear back. 2 weeks later, I find out it had never actually been filed and the process hadn’t even started. After nearly a month and a half of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced, and absolutely NOTHING getting done with my case, I asked for my retainer back and found a new lawyer. I will never return here.

After a terribly tragic car accident I reached out Zinda Law Group for help. They were quick to respond to my initial request for consultation and things moved very quickly from there. Brendan McQuade and his team were very polite quick to respond to my many questions and extremely patient with me, which is truly appreciated. I was walked through each step of the process and my claim was settled and paid ASAP even during COVID and a freak ice storm. Thank you again for taking care of everything.

We recently purchased Just Between Friends Dallas/Waxahachie and David Hagestad with Guest and Gray Law Firm was amazing to work with. David took the time needed to walk us through all aspects of the contract and was instrumental in the negotiation process. David advised us on things that should and shouldn't be in the contract and gave us very detailed information to support his advise. In the future we will be using David Hagestad with Guest and Gray Law Firm for any and all of our needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Zinda Law Group and Matthew Swanger! After my kids and I were in a car accident, I was spending hours a day on the phone with insurance- fighting to get help with my claim. I finally called Zinda, and I only wish I had done it sooner. Once I met with Matthew, He took over everything. From that point on, all I had to worry about was getting medical treatment. He and his assistant Cooper were so quick and on top of things. I never had to wait for a response from them when I needed help or had questions. They are professional, helpful, and kind. I can't even put into words the stress they took off of my family and me during a very challenging time. I will forever recommend them!

I paid money to Elizabeth Alvarez when she was working at her own firm to file green card applications (K1 and K2 visa adjustments) for my wife and daughter. We finished and signed all the documents on February 7, 2018 and after one year, never received a receipt from the government that it was accepted, and everything was in order. Essentially, she and Jessica Burr her paralegal (1) sent the first submission to the wrong address, (2) sent the second submission to the right address, but it was rejected because either the wrong form was used, or the information was inconsistent, (3) she refiled in late August, but sent it to the wrong address again and sent it with incomplete documentation. For example, she included the wrong birth certificate for my wife and the paperwork for my step-daughter was missing. Then she encouraged me to wait and not to refile again because the government was just slow and if we refiled, we would lose our place in line. (4) Finally, I asked for my money back and she agreed. She told me that the check was in the mail, but I never received it. When my new attorney filed the submissions, I received receipts that they were received and accepted in just over two weeks.
