I would give negative stars if possible. Like many of the other reviews specifically regarding Catherine Hensley- she has been absolutely awful in representing my case. It started out fine, but then I wasn't even notified of a counterpetition being filed until over a month after it happened (and it was more of an after-thought during a phone consultation). I've called and/or e-mailed at least 10 times in the last month, and no response (just requesting a copy of the orders that were sent on my behalf). She stood me up for two phone consultations, causing me to miss work and ultimately, money I could have made. I still don't have a copy of the most recent orders that were signed by a judge (and orders I did not see prior to them being sent to verify accuracy). I am also waiting on copies of other documents sent on my behalf. Please avoid using this attorney if you want anything done correctly. Her assistant, Juanita, was a huge part of the problem as well (and rude), but she no longer works there. No excuse considering I've contacted multiple other staff members with NO response. And to the person who replies to all these- don't suggest that I call your office since I've already done that multiple times. How about someone from your office return MY phone call or just send me the documents that I have a right to have copies of.

I personally had Daniel take care of my legal issues. To start he was one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, from his professionalism, extremely personable, and he kept me updated at literally ever turn off the process. Price was beyond reasonable compared to 5 other law firms in the DFW that I researched. In the event of any other law issues I will be coming back to them without a seconds hesitation!

Needing an attorney is hardly ever a good thing! However this is the go too Law firm right here for small or large needs! Great advice from a great staff from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!
