He is a expert and the most astonishing aspect was him breaking down the timeline as steps in the progress till the approval and in my mom's case his timelines net each and every milestone to the month. I said this sarcastically because she obviously didn't help me at all. I went back and forth with Karla for days. I called, and messaged her via e-mail several times. Her last message: "I will need the metlife information first in order to be able to book the consultation. That’s our office policy." This "office policy" needs work then. There's obviously an issue with the Metlife system because after I generated couple code, and provided it.

Would not answer my voicemail or email submitted through their website.

A few Thursdays ago at around 12:33pm I was transferred to Jason. I had a very nonchalant consultation. He asked me about the situation and I stated what I understood which was much nothing and I was given very short responses. There was moments of dead air on the phone the call just did not feel welcoming. Like I understand that my kid may or may have not did something. I also feel like it should have not went this far, the school should have handled this situation but I could barely get answer from them. I need help and a better understanding and I didn’t get that from this law firm. What I did get was your child did something wrong and you have to wait and see what happens call us when you have a case. Now why in the ham biscuits and gravy would I call when you didn’t really wanted talk to me to begin with. You didn’t even take the time to look over the documents I sent. You would have saw somewhat of why am I confused about this whole situation the dates on the document don’t match what happened. Meetings occurred at the school about my kid and my spouse nor I was there…WTH… And all get from my consultation is wait until you go to court. This was my experience with this law firm. SMH. I gave two stars because Karla was nice.
