We were in the midst of a contentious dismissal of one of the partners in a three way partnership. David was referred to us by our planners at Cain Watters Associated to handle the legal aspects of the transaction. David's assistance in making such a painful activity a tolerable event was immeasurably helpful. Upon the first contact, David took the pertinent information and produced the needed documents. He remained in constant contact throughout the proceedings, often writing E-Mails as late as midnight. As the parameters of the deal changed, he would immediately produce new documents to address the new terms of the agreement. Most of this was accomplished during the holiday season when most offices were closed completely. Is spite of the multiple iterations of the deal, David adhered to the very reasonable flat fee, he had quoted for us when we first engaged him. David Cohen is honest, hard-working and responsive and comes with my highest recommendation.
